Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated professional to join our dynamic Wealth Advisory team. As an Associate Advisor, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality financial advice and planning services to our clients.

The successful candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment. You will be responsible for conducting client meetings, co-leading client relationships, and supporting senior advisors to develop tailored advice strategies.

You will also have the opportunity to work closely with our experienced team members to deliver comprehensive financial solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Attending and contributing to client meetings
  • Co-leading client relationships with senior advisors
  • Supporting senior advisors to develop high-level, tailored advice strategies
  • Conducting investment research, analysis, and portfolio management
  • Developing complex financial strategies across wealth accumulation, restructuring, estate planning, and more
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Commerce, Economics, or a related discipline (preferred)
  • 2+ years of experience in financial planning/advice, superannuation consulting, technical roles, or accounting
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Excel and Word
