Your Responsibilities
- Overseeing a nationally based portfolio of motor claims while managing inbound and outbound communications.
- Delivering exceptional customer service to our clients promptly.
- Fostering positive working relationships with both external and internal stakeholders to ensure optimal outcomes for our clients.
- Comprehending and adhering to all pertinent policies and procedures to minimize risks and compliance challenges.
About You
- Extensive experience in customer service, preferably within a claims context.
- Background knowledge in insurance is highly advantageous.
- Capability to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Confidence in learning, accessing, and utilizing various systems and software.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- A collaborative mindset, focused on supporting and respecting colleagues.
