You will oversee team performance, ensuring targets are met while achieving individual KPIs linked to broader deliverables.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective strategies to drive team performance and achieve business objectives.
- Act as the point of contact for customer escalations, providing timely and professional resolutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of business processes.
- Maintain accurate records and reports to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Customer Service/Call Centre Manager in a large enterprise environment.
- Minimum 3 years' experience leading teams within an inbound call centre/customer service environment.
- Strong communication, organisational and leadership skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in the technical, IT and/or telecommunications sectors is highly regarded.
