As a Customer Care Team Leader, you will supervise, develop and inspire your team. You will lead the team to exceed Key Performance Indicators through coaching and training; monitoring and managing schedules, ticket assignment and tasks at all levels.

You will be responsible for being the first point of contact for customer escalations and team support. You will also monitor and manage ticket queues, tasks and schedules; and support the team where necessary to serve customers.

The key responsibilities include accurately lodging, analysing and reporting customer enquiries and issues. You will assess goods for quality assurance and come to the best resolution for the customer and brand.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least one year experience leading a team, preferably in the retail sector
  • A patient, encouraging leader who leads by example
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
