Main Responsibilities
  • Deliver complex solution development and lifecycle tasks with speed, working with cross-functional stakeholders to quickly translate business needs into architectural solutions.
  • Contribute significantly to the resolution of solution design and maintenance objectives, providing direction on key architectural decisions.
  • Collaborate and co-create with technology partners to enable rapid delivery of minimum viable products aligned to business needs.
  • Implement best practices and policies to support environment stability and enhance capability of technology, system, and process building blocks.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 8+ years' experience in software development
  • Strong analytical skills, with ability to negotiate solutions with disparate stakeholders and debate options within a wider architectural community.
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills, with ability to collaborate with project teams and contribute to architectural and IT roadmaps.
