As a seasoned Consulting Systems Engineer, you will play a pivotal part in delivering exceptional technical support to our clients, ensuring they receive tailored solutions that meet and exceed their requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and Document Client Architecture Plans: outlining key areas for discovery in a templated and programmatic manner, for a subset of our customers. Update these plans quarterly.
  • Engage in Technical Pre-Sales Engineering: leveraging your expertise to understand client challenges and position solutions that not only meet but surpass customer requirements across various technologies.
  • Deep Client Understanding: work closely with clients and the sales team to gain profound insights into customer technical priorities, challenges, and initiatives that can be translated into bespoke IT solutions.
  • Deliver High-Quality Pre-Sales Solutions: take responsibility for developing and quality-assuring pre-sales technology solution deliverables within the domain of sales opportunities. This may include creating technical proposals, architectural diagrams, and service scopes.
  • Requirements and Scoping Workshops: actively participate in workshops with customers, delivery partners, and sales teams to define project requirements and scoping.
  • Foster Strong Relationships: develop and maintain robust relationships with strategic partners and key stakeholders.
  • Trusted Advisor: act as a trusted advisor for the engineering team, offering guidance on architecture and leading other consultants on solutions and optimization services.
  • Consultative Support: provide consultative support for enterprise solutions, covering a wide range of technologies.
  • Develop and Maintain Client Relationships: build and sustain strong relationships with customer technical management and teams.
Essential Qualifications
  • 10-15 years of industry experience in senior roles, or technology integrators, or manufacturers. Architectural and technical experience with applications, infrastructure, cyber, cloud, and networking, data center, and end-user experience solutions.
  • Industry-level certifications including CCDE, CCIE, CISSP, CDP, MCSE AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.
  • Experience in consulting with Fortune 500 IT leadership on deployment of technology solutions, ideally in a sales environment.
  • Familiarity with big data, AI, automation, end-user experience, and service management technologies along with cloud technologies including containers, Kubernetes, cloud-native services, storage, networking, and commercial models at a high level.
  • Strong presentation skills and understanding of business impact of technology decisions.
