Job Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced Solution Designer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing and delivering robust, scalable, secure, and cost-effective technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and Develop Technology Solutions: Design and deliver secure, scalable, and cost-effective technology solutions that meet the needs of our business.
- Maintain Architectural Consistency: Ensure architectural consistency and alignment with enterprise strategies, cyber frameworks, infrastructure standards, architecture principles, and roadmaps.
- Produce High-Quality Documentation: Produce high-quality architecture documentation including solution overviews, interface diagrams, and security considerations.
- Evaluate Options for Integration or Reuse: Identify and evaluate options for technology integration, reuse, or innovation.
- Provide Architectural Oversight: Work across multiple concurrent projects providing architectural oversight and assurance from initiation through delivery.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Collaborate with Business Analysts, Project Managers, Technical Leads, Developers, and Testers to ensure designs are understood and implemented correctly.
- Participate in Architecture Governance Processes: Participate in architecture governance processes, contributing to and reviewing architecture decisions and designs.
- Engage with Business Stakeholders: Engage with business stakeholders to understand strategic goals and translate them into technical solutions.
- Blend and Translate Business Needs: The ability to blend and translate business needs and outcomes to align to system elements ensuring people, organisations, information, cyber, and application needs are accommodated and related to business needs.
- Lead Conversations Across Alignment: Ability to lead conversations across alignment of business outcomes to operations, information, and technology designs.
- Develop Information and Technology Solution Designs: Experience developing information and technology solution designs that are desirable, viable, feasible, and aligned to the enterprise.
- Understanding of Key Technologies: Good understanding of key technologies and licensing models, specifically SAP, Power Platform, and Azure.
- Experience in Developing System and Solution Design Documentation: Experience in developing System and Solution Design documentation.
- Solid Understanding of Automation Practices: Solid understanding of automation practices and application architectures.
