Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Engagement & Consultation: Collaborate with law firms and legal tech vendors to understand business needs and technical requirements
  • Conduct discovery sessions to identify opportunities for software implementation or bespoke development
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive solution design and specification
Requirements:
  • Experience with legal practice management and/or document management software (e.g. iManage, NetDocuments)
  • Knowledge of APIs, data migration, and system integrations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions
