About This Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Asset Services Manager to join our team in Melbourne. As a key member of our asset servicing team, you will play a crucial role in managing the administrative and relationship needs of our institutional trust clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Consultation: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, assisting in the formulation of best practices, redesign of processes, evaluation and implementation of Trust and Custody services.
  • Client Satisfaction: Ensure overall client satisfaction by facilitating efforts of the service team, coordinating resources to ensure timely deliverables and issue resolution, and effectively communicating client concerns/needs to partners.
  • Client Understanding: Develop a complete understanding of clients' businesses, objectives, goals, and market challenges.
  • Solution Development: Participate in the development of solutions to client needs, coordinate presentations, bring in experts when appropriate, and ensure smooth delivery of new services.
  • Profitability Management: Manage and enhance client profitability.
  • Travel: Travel to client locations on a selected basis where revenue and/or new business opportunities and/or servicing require a call.
Required Experience and Skills
  • Asset Servicing Environment: Must have direct experience in an asset servicing environment.
  • Financial Servicing Background: Proven experience working in financial servicing/accounting fields with a client servicing background.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Organisational and Time Management Skills: Demonstrated organisational and time management skills.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capability.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Reconciliation Processes: Understanding of reconciliation processes.
  • Institutional Payment Processes: Understanding of institutional payment processes.
Estimated Salary Range

The estimated salary range for this role is AU$120,000 - AU$150,000 per annum, depending on experience.
