About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Asset Management Systems Manager to join our IT team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for managing the delivery, implementation, enhancement, and ongoing support of Maximo, Asset Services Platform (ASP), and related asset management systems.

Your primary focus will be on providing guidance to stakeholders on asset management business processes and industry best practices. You'll also act as a conduit between the project, JHG IT, and Rail & Transport for asset management systems.

Key responsibilities will include managing relationships with key stakeholders, managing the ongoing development and maintenance of asset management systems, and delivering fit-for-purpose asset management solutions and enhancements into the business.

You'll also be responsible for managing technology vendor relationships, coordinating system upgrades and testing, and managing the asset management systems lifecycle.

We're looking for a talented individual with significant experience in asset management systems, preferably in the rail industry. You'll have a strong understanding of Maximo systems implementation and administration, as well as the ability to manage enterprise-wide Maximo deployments.

About You

We're looking for a motivated and experienced professional who is passionate about asset management and technology. You'll have a strong track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment and be able to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

You'll also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders. A degree in computing or asset management (or related field) is highly desirable, as is experience working with Maximo systems.
