About The Job

You will be part of a dedicated team, responsible for providing high-level expertise on surgical solutions, developing trusted partnerships with external customers, and enhancing our brand identity. Your main focus will be on our implant and biomaterial portfolios, working closely with the wider sales team to achieve superior service and solutions.



Responsibilities
  • Provide in-depth knowledge of our surgical solutions to support customer needs.
  • Develop and grow new and existing relationships with customers to drive business growth.
  • Enhance our brand presence through effective communication and collaboration with the sales team.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for our surgical portfolio.
  • Identify market trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Represent Henry Schein at industry events and exhibitions.


Your Skills
  • Proven experience in a specialist field sales role or dental nursing background with implant knowledge.
  • Science or Business qualifications, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Strong influencing and negotiation skills, with impeccable interpersonal abilities.
  • A highly motivated individual who can work independently.
