Category Specialist Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Category Specialist.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert-level knowledge on surgical solutions to customers in NSW territory.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with external customers.
  • Enhance brand identity by delivering exceptional service experiences.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to drive business growth.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for the Surgical portfolio.
  • Identify market trends and capitalize on growth opportunities.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of the Surgical portfolio to provide ongoing training and support.

Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in specialist field sales or dental nursing background with implant knowledge.
  • Relevant science and/or business qualifications or equivalent practical experience.
  • Strong passion for the healthcare industry and excellent influencing skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to connect with internal and external customers.
  • Highly motivated individual who can work independently.
  • Previous experience with Pronto and Salesforce is desirable.
