Surgical Technologist

Role Overview:

The position of Robotic Product Specialist is designed to provide expert support to orthopaedic surgeons in the planning and execution of robotic-assisted hip and knee replacements using advanced surgical systems.

This role requires a strong clinical background, technical expertise, and the ability to thrive in high-pressure environments such as operating theatres.

The primary responsibility of the Robotic Product Specialist will be to deliver real-time technical and clinical guidance during procedures and collaborate closely with surgical teams to optimize patient outcomes.

Main Responsibilities:

• Offer technical and clinical assistance to surgeons and theatre staff during complex surgeries.
• Work collaboratively with surgical teams to ensure optimal use of advanced robotic platforms during joint replacement surgeries.
• Conduct pre-operative CT-based planning and segmentation to assist in surgical case preparation.
• Maintain a high level of knowledge in orthopaedic surgical techniques, anatomy, and robotic technology.
• Provide ongoing training and clinical support to hospital staff and surgical teams.
• Travel across Sydney and surrounding areas to support multiple hospital sites.
