Construction Project Lead

As a Site Manager, you will oversee the execution and quality delivery of homes. You will work on diverse construction projects with a strong focus on quality and attention to detail.
- Manage site performance in home construction
- Partner with Construction Managers to review each job and provide support as needed
- Maximise site production by ensuring subcontractor trade availability
- Schedule and meet trades on site
- Proactively resolve build issues and liaise with clients
- Continuously review building practices and procedures
- Ensure compliance with established cost and project management practices
- Foster a positive culture where customer service and teamwork are paramount
- Maintain build qualities to the highest standard
- Excellent leadership skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritise
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of construction processes and regulations
