Job Title: Senior Construction Project Lead

About the Role

We are seeking an accomplished project lead to oversee high-profile construction projects in Adelaide.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
  • Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to achieve project goals.
  • Deliver complex infrastructure projects, including civil works, drainage, sewer, water, roadworks, and electrical installations.
  • Maintain accurate records, schedules, and project documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety (WHS), environmental, and quality assurance (QA) systems.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, councils, and stakeholders.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 8 years' experience in construction management, with a strong understanding of project coordination and team leadership.
  • Experience delivering medium-to-large-scale infrastructure projects, including subdivisions and related infrastructure developments.
  • Ability to manage projects within defined parameters, prioritizing tasks and resources effectively.
  • Thorough knowledge of construction methods, plant operations, and safety protocols.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and direct site teams.
  • Residency in or familiarity with the Adelaide region.
