We are seeking a motivated and collaborative leader to oversee the development and management of bookings and ticketing services. The successful candidate will have a strong background in customer service and experience working with bookings and ticketing systems.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a customer-focused individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. As a Booking Services Manager, you will be responsible for leading booking services across our organisation to ensure the delivery of high-quality customer service to all customers, visitors and members.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage bookings and ticketing services
- Lead a team of booking specialists
- Implement ticketing solutions and develop bookings procedures
- Troubleshoot system issues and resolve difficult customer complaints
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
- Analyze data to inform business decisions and improve customer service
- Improve efficiency and productivity through process analysis and implementation of best practices
Requirements
- 3-5 years' experience leading bookings services within a busy multifaceted environment
- Knowledge of and experience working with systems such as Tessitura, Ungerboeck and Time Target
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
