Job Title: Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our clinic team in delivering exceptional service and meeting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating daily operations, including bookings, stock control, and staff rosters. They will ensure smooth communication between frontline staff and directors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the clinic team to deliver exceptional service and meet KPIs.
  • Coordinate daily operations, including bookings, stock control, and staff rosters.
  • Ensure smooth communication between frontline staff and directors.
  • Manage client feedback and provide prompt resolutions.
  • Support Human Resources processes, including onboarding and performance reviews.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.

Requirements:

3+ years' experience in clinic, retail or hospitality management.

Proven leadership and team coordination experience.

Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

Fluent in both English and Mandarin is highly desirable.

Experience in the beauty or aesthetic industry preferred.

Understanding of Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA), Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) and cosmetic regulations is a plus.
