About the Role

The Enterprise Account Executive is a critical member of the Corpay team, responsible for managing strategic accounts and driving long-term relationships with major corporate customers and global partners in the APAC region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of strategic accounts to maximize customer retention and commercial value.
  • Understand customer needs, satisfaction, and deliver industry-leading service and solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Prepare payment and beneficiary files in the correct format, which may take up to 50% or more of the time.
  • Occasionally, perform dealing functions such as booking of deals, deal offsets, return of funds, etc.
  • Achieve monthly key performance metrics, productivity standards, and call quality performance.
  • Provide outstanding customer service, troubleshoot, and resolve service and minor technical problems for customers.
  • Educate customers on active product features, service offerings, billing, charges, and product value.
Requirements
  • 2-5 years' previous experience in a Customer Support role.
  • Cross-border bank payments knowledge is highly regarded.
  • Work experience in Back Office or with the Operations Team in transaction banking or FX payment providers is highly preferred.
  • Expertise in using Microsoft Excel for data file preparation.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build long-lasting and trusted relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and partners.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, work well under pressure, and have a strong eye for detail.
