Enterprise Account Manager

Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our team in Melbourne, Australia. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for scheduling meetings with enterprise-sized target accounts and building a compelling business case for LogicMonitor. The successful candidate will have a strong technical aptitude, demonstrated experience closing sales, and a proven track record of hitting or exceeding targets.
Key Responsibilities- Meet with CIOs, IT executives, and other key stakeholders to discuss LogicMonitor's solutions and value proposition
- Closing both net new accounts and existing accounts within agreed timeframes
- Identifying and closing quick opportunities while managing longer, complex sales cycles
- Exceeding activity, pipeline, and revenue targets
- Tracking customer details, including use-case, time frames, success criteria, red flags, and forecasting in Salesforce
- Utilizing a solution sales approach to selling and creating value for customers
- Evangelizing IT performance monitoring and SaaS-based enterprise solutions
- Hosting key contacts at industry events
- Developing and executing in-territory travel plans
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent preferred
- 5+ years of selling success, selling into IT and/or Enterprise SaaS software
- Strong technical aptitude
- Demonstrated experience closing sales and a proven track record of hitting or exceeding targets
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively based on value and differentiation
- Strategic and solution sales capabilities that support selling value to business professionals
