Product Application Specialist Role

This position involves providing technical expertise to customers and dealers in the sales and application of Caterpillar products. Your primary duties will include coordinating visits to support customer requirements and representing the company at local industry and trade associations programs.

You will also be responsible for monitoring industry and competitive trends to provide influence and represent the business unit in New Product Introduction (NPI) programs for product families. Additionally, you will assist dealers with the rollout of new products and services, as well as provide sales support on current products.

  • Development of dealer specialists
  • VET development
  • NPI Training
  • New Machine launch events
  • Sales support on current products
  • Competitive product knowledge and selling skills

This role involves approximately up to 50% travel and requires proficiency in specified foundation competencies and skills.
