Job Title

A dynamic and innovative Bid Manager is required to lead our major bid initiatives, delivering compelling proposals that showcase our expertise.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to take charge of our major bids, leading virtual teams of up to 30 people across divisions, vendors, and geographies.

  • Own the full bid lifecycle, from opportunity qualification through to submission
  • Run bid kick-off meetings, set schedules, allocate resources, and manage progress
  • Bring together diverse teams—Sales, Solutions, Finance, Legal, Risk, and external vendors—to deliver cohesive proposals
  • Shape the commercial strategy with cost models, pricing, SLAs, and value propositions
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Significant experience in solution sales or running large, sophisticated service bids in IT&T or similar industries
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple bids at once
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills—you can distil complexity into clarity
  • Commercial competence and creativity to design bids that balance customer needs and our goals
  • The ability to thrive in high-pressure environments, bringing clarity and confidence to complex challenges
