About the Role:

This leadership position plays a pivotal role in safeguarding our digital ecosystem. We are seeking a seasoned cybersecurity expert to spearhead vulnerability management, ensure robust security solutions, and empower engineers with secure decision-making tools.

Responsibilities:
  1. Lead a team dedicated to identifying, assessing, and automating the resolution of security vulnerabilities across our global ecosystem.
  2. Empower engineers with context-driven tools and guidance to make secure decisions by default.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic goals, navigate complex problem spaces, and balance security rigor with pace of innovation.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in leading engineering or security teams, with a track record of growing talent and scaling systems.
  • Technical expertise in cloud-based environments (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and broad infrastructure functions (CI/CD pipelines, automation, site reliability).
  • Deep understanding of vulnerability management practices, including infrastructure, application security, and cloud environments.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences, turning complex problems into simple, effective solutions.
