Job Overview

As a Pursuits Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our water business in Australia. You will be responsible for crafting compelling proposals and fee submissions that showcase our capabilities and opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, business, or communications, with previous experience in an engineering consultancy or construction environment. They will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as a high level of detail-orientedness and organisational skills.

This role requires a confident communicator who can engage effectively with senior leadership, peers, and clients across internal and external stakeholders. The successful candidate will be able to work independently, collaboratively within a team, and alongside senior management and executive staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the coordination and preparation of submissions and fee proposals in collaboration with team leaders.
  • Ensure the quality, layout, and formatting of all documentation is consistent with our brand.
  • Follow up all contributors to proposals and submissions to ensure delivery to deadlines.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Previous experience in an engineering consultancy, construction, or design environment.
  • Strong sense of accountability with a commitment to quality, including maintaining systems and adhering to our style guide.
