As an experienced HR professional, you will lead the delivery of high-quality, compliant, and people-centred HR services across Australia and New Zealand. Your primary objective will be to implement a pre-determined strategy to improve HR services, ensuring they meet evolving workforce and organisational needs.

  • Collaborate with HR and business leaders to develop solutions that drive business growth and employee satisfaction.
  • Support process improvement and system enhancements, focusing on automation and self-service adoption.
  • Provide clear leadership and coaching to your team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address HR-related issues.

• Lead and manage a team of HR professionals, providing coaching and development opportunities.

• Analyze data to inform HR decisions and drive business outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.

• Proven experience in HR operations, HR partnering, or payroll.

• Strong understanding of employment legislation in Australia (and ideally New Zealand).

• Familiarity with HR systems and platforms.

• Experience leading people or projects, or readiness to step into a leadership role.
