About the Role

We are seeking an Administration Assistant to join our team at Eagle Farm, dedicated to delivering exceptional support and ensuring high customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Customer Service - Be the first point of contact, handle enquiries, and ensure customer and dealer satisfaction.
  • Administration - Manage invoicing, reports, parts ordering, and vehicle status updates.
  • Team Collaboration - Work closely with our fleet, production, and account teams, assisting with various administrative tasks.
  • Health and Safety - Maintain a safe work environment, following all safety procedures and actively participating in HSE improvements.

Requirements

  • Experience in a similar role
  • Strong customer focus
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • SAP experience
