About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administration Assistant to join our team at AutoNexus, an Inchcape development, in Eagle Farm. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering top-notch support and ensuring the highest customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, handling enquiries and ensuring customer and dealer satisfaction.
  • Manage invoicing, reports, parts ordering, and vehicle status updates with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Collaborate closely with our fleet, production, and account teams, assisting with various administrative tasks.
  • Maintain a safe work environment, following all safety procedures and actively participating in HSE improvements.
Requirements
  • Experience in a similar role, with a strong focus on customer service and administration.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficient in MS Office, with a strong understanding of SAP.
  • A team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
