Job Opportunity: Senior Cleaning Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Cleaning Operations Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional who has experience in managing large-scale cleaning operations and a thorough understanding of safety systems and processes.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of delivering high-performance results, with excellent communication and leadership skills. They will be able to effectively manage and oversee a diverse portfolio of contracts, ensuring provision of high-level customer service to clients and stakeholders.

This role involves managing multiple teams across multiple sites, developing and implementing strategies to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness. The successful candidate will also be responsible for managing staffing issues, performance, and development of personnel across sites.

Requirements:
  1. Minimum of three years' experience working in a senior cleaning management capacity.
  2. Sound commercial acumen and business development skills.
  3. Effective communication, networking, and negotiation skills.
  4. Ability to work autonomously, with effective time management and diligence.
  5. Knowledge and experience in organisational effectiveness and operations management.
  6. Strong computer literacy.
