Your role
Your impact will be far-reaching.
Reporting directly to the Executive Manager – Energy Transition & Sustainability and sitting on the Senior Leadership Team, you will:
Set the vision for transmission expansion and ensure alignment with State and Federal energy and emissions goals.
Lead the orchestration of complex, large-scale transmission projects that will power WA for decades.
Secure funding and influence policy, engaging with government, regulators, and industry to drive outcomes.
Oversee portfolio optimisation and assurance, ensuring programs are on time, on budget, and compliant.
Build and inspire high-performing teams, driving a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration.
What you'll bring
What you'll bring:
Proven leadership in delivering large-scale transmission or generation infrastructure projects.
Strategic capability to navigate complexity, shape policy, and influence diverse stakeholders.
Deep understanding of decarbonisation drivers, electricity markets, and infrastructure delivery.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills – from boardrooms to project teams.
Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Business, Economics, or related fields (postgraduate highly regarded).
Ability to lead programs of work that run simultaneously.
