Job Title: Portfolio Operations Manager
We are seeking an experienced Portfolio Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a portfolio of sites in the Northern Suburbs. The role is highly suited to a person with previous experience in the cleaning industry, who has a strong focus on customer satisfaction and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Build relationships with clients, conduct site visits to discuss performance of cleaning teams, take ownership of client issues and resolve problems in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Team Leadership:
- Lead supervisors and staff in the cleaning of commercial properties to contract requirements, manage site inductions, conduct site inspections, provide training and complete reports, monitor quality, and offer feedback to staff, Operations Manager and respond to client requests.
- Financial Management:
- Be responsible for all operational costs on your site, including management of sick leave, annual leave etc. Accurately authorize, allocate and record staff time sheets and absences using the Human Force rostering system, ensure your sites are using consumables at the correct rates and implement a timely stock re-ordering process for all sites.
- Safety and Risk Management: Monitor your portfolio to ensure a safe workplace. Ensure that safety policies and procedures are adhered to. Lead and manage incident investigations and communicate outcomes to employees
