Job Description

We are seeking an experienced researcher to join our executive search team. As an Associate Researcher, you will be responsible for collaborating with Partners to understand business context and job briefs.

  • Sourcing, engaging and managing executive candidates through processes.
  • Proactively networking with senior leaders across our core sectors.
  • Supporting the development of client and candidate reports, including market insights and key data to inform decision-making.

This is an opportunity for a motivated recruitment consultant, with strong organisational and communication skills, who is looking to progress their career into executive research. You will:

  • Work alongside and receive mentoring from an experienced Research Manager.
  • Join a well-supported research function, including offshore market mapping assistance.
  • Exposure to a diverse range of sectors across education, care economy and government, providing you the ability to increase your scope and subject matter expertise.
  • Closely collaborate with highly experienced Partners.

About Your Skills

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to confidently engage with executive leaders. Strong organisational skills and acute attention to detail are also essential, as is a proactive and curious mindset with a desire for continuous learning.

Your previous experience within recruitment (agency or in-house) will be highly regarded, as will a tertiary qualification. However, we are open to applications from individuals with transferable skills and a genuine interest in executive research.
