Agile Operations Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Agile Operations Specialist to play a key role in creating a safe and responsive work environment.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Enhance team performance by managing Agile processes, facilitating ceremonies, and driving continuous improvement.
  • Cultivate team members using Agile principles, risk management, and technical expertise.
  • Manage dependencies and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions.
  • Promote a healthy work environment, protect teams from distractions, and maintain a balanced workload.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years' experience in an Agile Operations Specialist role.
  • Strong understanding and hands-on experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and Scrumban.
  • Excellent facilitation, communication, and mentoring skills.
  • Proven ability to manage conflicts, build strong relationships, and influence stakeholders effectively.
  • A commitment to fostering a healthy, safe environment that promotes innovation and effective risk management.
