About the Role

We are seeking a visionary leader to drive our impact and knowledge sharing strategy across the organisation. As a key member of the Global Leadership Team, you will play a crucial role in driving evidence-based decision making to ensure continuous improvement and excellence across Maternal, Newborn and Child Health (MNCH) and Remote Community Development (RCD) programmes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the strategic oversight and execution of the Research, Monitoring & Evaluation and Learning (RMEL), Knowledge Sharing, Clinical Support, and Risk and Sustainability functions
  • Drive leadership, guidance and capacity building across all teams
  • Provide strategic and programmatic support to clinical, M&E and knowledge sharing teams
  • Key insights to ensure impact, quality, best practice and inform strategic decisions
  • Expansion of Adara's reach, influence and impact through knowledge sharing
Requirements
  • Proven ability to translate strategy into action
  • Skilled at engaging others in your vision and working collaboratively to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with stakeholders across a range of geographic regions
  • Track record of successfully managing large-scale development programs and initiatives
  • Expertise in designing, conducting, and analysing research
  • Willingness, fitness and ability to travel internationally approximately twice per year
