Your responsibilities will include:

  • Answering inbound calls, engaging with customers, and assisting them in finding a resolution.
  • Providing expert advice and troubleshooting technology faults that customers might be facing.
  • Providing empathy and understanding to customers through effective communication skills.
  • Taking ownership, having confidence in your ability to de-escalate any customer grievances.
  • Being available when our customers need us, flexing to the required hours.

  • Availability to work Monday to Friday, between 7am and 4pm.
