Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced customer experience professional to join our team as a Customer Experience Expert. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients and be responsible for providing exceptional service and support.

Job Description

The Customer Experience Expert will be instrumental in delivering high-quality service and effectively assisting customers as they navigate our range of benefit offerings. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in a customer-facing role and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the salary packaging industry and prior contact centre experience is advantageous. A demonstrated motivation and passion for delivering customer service excellence is essential, as well as strong written and verbal communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage client interactions via phone, live chat, and email
  • Conduct face-to-face meetings with members
  • Administer ongoing amendments to salary packaging arrangements
  • Participate in quality assurance projects
