Customer Engagement Professional

At our organization, we are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Customer Engagement Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and improving all facets of the customer experience, supporting the highest standards of service delivery and promoting a customer-centric model of care.

This is an excellent opportunity to work across various sites in diverse regions, providing a rich and rewarding work environment. You will represent our organization as the first point of contact with prospective new clients or their nominated representatives, building relationships and engaging with customers and their families.

As a Customer Engagement Professional, you will be required to travel within designated areas, using your interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport and trust with customers and their families. You will also have the opportunity to work independently and as part of a team, utilizing your problem-solving skills and adaptability to meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and improve all aspects of the customer experience
  • Support the highest standards of service delivery
  • Represent the organization as the first point of contact with prospective new clients
  • Build relationships with customers and their families
  • Travel within designated areas
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in customer engagement or sales roles
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Empathetic and customer-centric approach to service delivery
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license
