We are looking for a Customer Experience Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a positive store environment.

Job Summary

The Customer Experience Expert role is responsible for ensuring that every guest has an outstanding experience in our stores. This includes providing top-quality product education, engaging with guests, and facilitating seamless transactions.

Core Responsibilities
  • Interact with guests to ensure a great guest experience
  • Assess guests' needs to provide customized purchase and return solutions
  • Provide technical product education by articulating the value and benefit of the product
  • Facilitate a seamless end-to-end guest experience by conducting accurate and timely guest transactions
  • Move dynamically on the floor to continuously engage with guests and attend to guest or store needs
Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment
  • A high school diploma or equivalent
