We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced NDIS Plan Management Officer to join our team at Spinal Life Australia. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for managing NDIS plans, providing accounting and administrative support, and undertaking special projects as required.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, with experience working with NDIS plans and clients. You will be an effective communicator with a keen eye for detail, and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage NDIS plans, including providing excellent customer service to clients and stakeholders
  • Assist with accounting and administrative tasks, including data entry, invoicing, and budgeting
  • Undertake special projects as required, including liaising with clients, Support Coordinators, and Local Area Coordinators
  • Ensure all NDIS claims and payments are made in accordance with the Plan Management service agreement

Requirements:

  • Strong background in finance and accounting
  • Experience working with NDIS plans and clients
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • NDIS Workers Screen and Blue card
