About the Role

We are seeking an experienced NDIS Plan Management Officer to join our team on a full-time basis at our Woolloongabba Head Office. The purpose of this role is to manage NDIS Plan Management clients, provide accounting and administrative support to the Finance department, and undertake special projects as required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to new and existing plan management clients, suppliers, and stakeholders
  • Assist existing clients with NDIS plan renewal, rollover, and extension
  • Liaise with clients, Support Coordinators, and Local Area Coordinators as needed
  • Manage NDIS Plan Management's inbox, including email queries and verification of invoices
  • Perform accounting functions in the Finance area of NDIS Plan Management, including data entry in Careview, creating client service bookings, maintaining the database, and reviewing budgets
  • Evaluate and process claims and payments consistent with the Plan Management service agreement
Accounting and Administration
  • Undertake general administration duties as required for projects
  • Respond efficiently and courteously to internal and external customer inquiries
Requirements
  • Working knowledge within a Finance/Accounts Team
  • Previous experience working with NDIS
  • Effective communication and attention to detail skills to deliver high-quality outcomes
  • Adept relationship-building skills with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • High time management skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

An estimated annual salary for this role is $65,000 - $80,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Please note that this is an estimate based on industry standards and may vary based on individual circumstances.
