Agile Transformation Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Agile Transformation Expert to support and serve the Product Owner and Development Team in delivering exceptional customer experiences.

The ideal candidate will embody Scrum and Agile principles, guiding and coaching the Scrum Team and organization on Agile/Scrum practices and values. They will assist in discussions, decision-making, and conflict resolution, while fostering an environment of excellence and continuous growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement Agile methodologies and optimize self-organization.
  • Assess and improve Scrum maturity through process refinement and team development.
  • Facilitate work progress by removing impediments or facilitating their removal by appropriate personnel.
  • Enhance communication, transparency, and information dissemination across the organization.
