">About the Role:
">We are looking for a highly skilled Agile Transformation Coach who can deliver outstanding results in a dynamic and diverse workplace that spans 57 countries. This full-time role involves coaching at scale, transforming individuals, squads, crews, and lines of business. As an Agile Transformation Coach, you will be responsible for guiding teams through cultural and organizational changes, ensuring they adopt Agile values and practices.
">Key Responsibilities:
">- Teach Agile values and principles across multiple domains and to diverse stakeholders.
- Coach at scale and transform individuals, squads, crews, and lines of business.
- Effective communication with the ability to listen, lead, negotiate, and influence.
- Engaging and persuasive communicators who can 'think on their feet.' Strong visual communicators who have the ability to see 'the big picture.'
- Critical thinking and challenging conventional thought using initiative and problem-solving skills.
- Change management and RAID management skills.
- Proven experience in managing complex implementation of Agile and DevSecOps transformations in large organizations.
- Ability to gather data and use it meaningfully.
- Coaching and mentoring in a positive, supporting way to IT team members and accepted as an expert and trusted advisor to the wider community.
