Job Description

A highly skilled and motivated Contracts Specialist is sought to join a leading commercial builder delivering high-quality fit out and refurbishment projects across South East Queensland.

About the Role

This is a dual-role position where you will be supporting both the Contract Management and Estimation functions depending on project needs.

  • Prepare and manage subcontractor and supplier packages.
  • Support project teams with cost reporting and forecasting.
  • Assist with progress claims, variations, and procurement.
  • Ensure contract compliance and project documentation is up-to-date.
Estimation Support
  • Assist with take-offs and pricing for commercial fit out and refurb tenders.
  • Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain competitive quotes.
  • Help prepare tender submissions and scope reviews.
Requirements
  • 2–5 years of experience in a CA or dual CA/Estimating role.
  • Background in commercial construction, ideally fit out and refurbishment.
  • Solid attention to detail and strong communication skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficient with estimation and project software (e.g., Buildsoft, Procore, Excel).
