Key Responsibilities:

  • Optimize project outcomes and maintain high standards by managing contracts effectively.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Evaluate the efficient use of resources, materials, and systems to meet project requirements.
  • Coordinate tasks, monitor progress, and report on project activities to achieve profitable results and effective cost control.
  • Provide daily support and technical expertise to guarantee contract compliance and deliver high-quality results.
  • Ensure that all contractual needs are met and project objectives are achieved.
  • Maintain engagement with multiple projects simultaneously.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification or certification in construction, management, or a related field is essential.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in new builds, development projects, or commercial construction is required.
  • Familiarity with large-scale projects exceeding $5 million is necessary.
  • A valid Australian driver's license and full working rights are mandatory.
  • Possession of a Construction White Card is also required.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and management skills are necessary for success in this role.
  • The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented individual who can articulate complex requirements effectively.
