This is a chance to join a growing commercial builder delivering high-quality fit out and refurbishment projects across SEQ.

  • We're seeking a driven Contracts Administrator / Estimator to work with a close-knit team on various commercial interiors projects.
Responsibilities:
  • Preparation and management of subcontractor and supplier packages are key aspects of the role.
  • Supporting project teams with cost reporting and forecasting is essential.
  • Assistance with progress claims, variations, and procurement will be required.
  • Ensuring contract compliance and project documentation is up-to-date is vital.
Estimating Support:
  • Assisting with take-offs and pricing for commercial fit out and refurb tenders will be a significant part of the job.
  • Liaising with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain competitive quotes will be necessary.
  • Helping prepare tender submissions and scope reviews will be an important aspect of the role.
About You:
  • A background in commercial construction, ideally fit out and refurbishment, is preferred.
  • Solid attention to detail and strong communication skills are essential.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines is crucial.
