Job Title: Project Commercial Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Commercial Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to play a key role in the delivery of a major infrastructure project.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To manage and control the effective implementation of commercial framework and processes, including head contract and subcontract administration.
  • To analyze commercial risks and ensure that they are effectively managed.
  • To provide high-quality commercial reporting and support to the project leadership team.
  • To collaborate with the finance and admin team to compile and finalize monthly client payment claims.
  • To administer change notice procedures under the head contract and protect the JV's entitlements.

Requirements:

  • BSc (Hons) Quantity Surveying or similar approved degree qualification.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience as a Commercial Manager on a major project in a client-facing role.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Advanced understanding of construction contracts.
