**Our Projects**

We are proud to be selected as the preferred proponent to deliver two major packages for the Cross River Rail Projects: the Tunnel, Stations and Development (TSD) package and the Rail, Integration and Systems (RIS) package.

The RIS package is crucial to the overall delivery and success of Cross River Rail, and its integration with the Queensland Rail network. We will be delivered by the UNITY Alliance, which brings together CPB Contractors, UGL, AECOM, and Jacobs, along with partners HASSEL, RCS Australia, Acmena, Martinus Rail, and WIRED Overhead Solutions.

**About the Opportunity**

We are seeking a Senior HR Advisor to support the operational HR requirements of the project and ensure the effective delivery of HR services.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing generalist HR support to the project team
  • Providing advice, coaching, and support to managers to facilitate contemporary HR, IR, and ER practices
  • Ensuring the learning and development needs of the project are identified and addressed
  • Providing support and advice to leaders to ensure participation in performance management initiatives
  • Managing project-based initiatives to attract, retain, and grow our talented team

**About You**

We are looking for a self-starter, team player, and someone who thrives on a fast-paced and varied role. Your technical ability will be supported by your excellent work ethic, commitment to safety, and proven ability to build strong relationships with internal clients.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A tertiary qualification in HR or a related field
  • Previous experience in a similar industry will be highly regarded
  • Significant experience in a similar generalist capacity
  • Solid knowledge of modern IR and HR legislation and practices
