Executive Director Melbourne Office Lead

The role offers the chance to shape the future of our Melbourne offering with the support of our highly successful agency. You will drive the vision, evolution, and growth of our Melbourne office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive marketing efforts to raise the profile of our Melbourne office
  • Lead business development in Melbourne, seeking out prime opportunities and managing teams to convert pitches
  • Establish accurate financial forecasting and plans to deliver against budgets
  • Partner with the CEO and local team members to develop a Melbourne vision and thriving agency culture
