About the Job\

We are seeking a charismatic individual to provide exceptional customer service and go above and beyond to meet the expectations of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:\
  • Provide engaging welcome and farewell to staff, clients and contractors
  • Recognise VIP's, guests and building staff and use their names wherever possible
  • Ensure reception spaces, guest lounges and meeting rooms are well-presented and clean
  • Work closely with security teams to ensure people & building safety
  • Assist uploading information to tenant portals
  • Offer a concierge service of assisting with ticketing, event, venue queries
  • Manage administrative tasks as per request from tenants eg. Mailroom, postage, reports, etc.

Required Skills and Qualifications\

A flair for creating lasting impressions and meaningful relationships is essential. You should be confident in assisting VIPs and Executives in a professional manner. Ability to work constructively and autonomously, collaborative, flexible and adaptable outlook to work is required. Discreet, able to maintain confidentiality, and build high level of trust is must.
