
Policy and Project Development Specialist

Support policy development and project execution across an organization by providing expert guidance and resources to various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Develop high-quality documentation, including project management plans, status reports, and briefings for diverse audiences.
- Analyze and interpret recommendations from inquiries and policies to provide strategic advice to stakeholders.
- Coordinate project-related meetings and workshops, and maintain lesson management tools and processes.
- Contribute to the organization's continuous improvement approach through policy project implementation.
- Stay informed about emerging issues and opportunities related to policy reform and emergency management.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prepare accurate and detailed documents, reports, and correspondence.
- Proven ability to analyze data from various sources and provide strategic advice to senior stakeholders.
- Demonstrated understanding of project lifecycles and methodologies.
- Experience supporting policy reform or projects in the public sector is desirable.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
