The Policy and Project Management Specialist role is critical to the success of our project team. This position involves supporting the Project Director in developing strategic briefs, reports, guidelines, evaluations, and submissions related to the project.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders and technical experts to assist in documenting research findings and project outcomes;
  • Provide expert advice, informed recommendations, and solutions to complex and sensitive issues based on rigorous research;
  • Contribute to high-quality policy documents that meet government objectives within resourcing, timeline, and budget parameters;
  • Monitor and contribute to reports on high-priority issues, risks, and trends;
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships and facilitate the flow of information across departments;
  • Build a deep understanding of regulatory environments for UV technologies to inform policy development;
  • Work collaboratively in a high-pressure agile environment and adapt to rapidly changing priorities;
  • Maintain accurate and complete records of work activities in accordance with legislative requirements and organizational policies.
