THE ROLE

- Experienced in developing commercial structures and financial models for high value projects?
- Experienced in providing stakeholder engagement and relationship building with a range of commercial, community and government partners?

A rewarding and challenging opportunity exist for a highly experienced financial and property transaction adviser within Disability Homes Victoria. The Principal Transactions Adviser will be part of a collaborative and innovative team focused on structuring and developing the business case to renew and grow the government's Specialist Disability Accommodation portfolio. The portfolio represents a significant social and commercial asset to the government, supporting over 3,000 NDIS participants through a portfolio valued over $1 billion.
ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE
*
- Translate the Victorian Government's objectives for its Specialist Disability Accommodation portfolio into clear implementation strategies via business cases and project documentation.
- Lead the development of commercial structures and frameworks to support the growth and renewal of the government's Specialist Disability Accommodation portfolio, incorporating appropriate risk management frameworks and financial assessment tools.
- Work closely across Homes Victoria and with other government agencies to ensure that policies can be effectively implemented.
